Labor Day Weekend

I have gone to Bohol a lot of times already but I haven't really reached to the places I wanted to pursue due to personal reasons. Last Labor Day weekend, I finally had the chance to venture out to some of the most coveted tourist destinations in Bohol. ..

Danao, Bohol is definitely one of the coolest adventure spots in the Philippines. They offer exhilarating activities such as ziplining, sky ride, river trekking, suislide, kayaking, caving, the plunge (similar to bungee jumping), etc. If you love the outdoors and you have insatiable thirst for adventure, this place is definitely your cup of tea!

The day after, we went to visit Balicasag Island. It's an hour-motorized-boat-ride from Panglao Island. Hailed as one of the best dive spots in the world, it vaunts its flourishing fish sanctuary and breathtaking scenery of the sun, sand and sea. Definitely an ideal place for nature lovers like me. ;)

gone snorkeling and met some new friends underwater! ;)

Our last stop was in Virgin Island, a hidden paradise few kilometers off the shore of Panglao, Bohol. The marvelous stretch of the crescent shaped sand bar was definitely a pleasant sight experience! We get to walk through the placid waters and giggled as our feet sunk softly in the crystal white sand.

* Sigh* It was sad going back home to reality after our spontaneous trip to the island.
But I'm definitely going back for more. Still a lot more places to go in Bohol in my bucket list! ;)
